NexaFrontier provides research briefings, interactive calculators (including the ISO 8583 Latency & MTU Estimator and CBOM Readiness Scorecard), and sample architectural artifacts (including sample CycloneDX 1.6 CBOM schemas) for general informational, educational, and benchmarking purposes.
While our tools model real-world cryptographic behavior and NIST FIPS 203/204 parameters, online calculations do not replace formal, contractual architectural engineering assessments conducted under an executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW).
Any formal consulting relationship—including the Tier 1 Cryptographic Discovery Audit ($25,000 fixed fee / 14 Days), Tier 2 Cryptographic Discovery Audit ($85,000–$125,000 / 30–45 Days), Fractional Architectural Oversight ($10,000–$15,000/mo), System Integration Sprints ($50,000–$75,000/mo), or Continuous CBOM Monitoring SaaS ($3,000/mo)—is governed by a separate, bilateral Master Services Agreement (MSA) and mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). In the event of any conflict between these website Terms and an executed enterprise client agreement, the executed client agreement shall govern.
Advisory Capacity Limitation: NexaFrontier operates strictly in an advisory, assessment, and technical recommendation capacity. NexaFrontier personnel and deliverables provide architectural guidance, cryptographic audits, CBOM inventories, and prototype code libraries. Client's internal engineering, platform operations, and site reliability teams retain exclusive legal, operational, and administrative control over all production deployment decisions, production configuration changes, HSM key block commits, and operational rollbacks.
Professional Insurance Coverage: NexaFrontier maintains comprehensive enterprise-grade insurance coverage for all client engagements, including $5,000,000 to $10,000,000 in Cyber Liability and Technology Errors & Omissions (Tech E&O) insurance, providing institutional financial assurance to our Tier-1 banking and payment processor partners. Certificates of insurance naming the client as an additional insured are issued upon execution of an MSA.
All intellectual property on this website—including proprietary code, technical articles, SVG architectural schematics, interactive estimators, and brand assets—is the exclusive property of NexaFrontier LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, revocable license to review site materials and download publicly accessible technical artifacts solely for internal evaluation of our services. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NEXAFRONTIER LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF TRANSACTION REVENUE, PRODUCTION DOWNTIME, OR PCI COMPLIANCE FINES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR UNVERIFIED RELIANCE ON ONLINE ESTIMATORS.
These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
